Who we are
heatsealtester.com is operated by KHT Instruments, a manufacturer of heat seal testers based in Shandong, China. Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].
What we collect
When you submit the quote form we receive the details you enter: your name, company or lab name, business email, country, the model and application you select, and your message. If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send there. We do not ask for payment details on this site and there are no user accounts.
How we use it
Only to answer your request: to recommend a model, prepare a quotation, send technical documents and follow up on that enquiry. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to our sales inbox by an email delivery provider. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve and protect the site. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the contact page embeds a Google Map; when these load, your browser connects to Google. WhatsApp chats are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set its own advertising or analytics cookies. Third-party services listed above (such as the embedded map) may set their own cookies under their own policies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as they are useful for the quotation, order and after-sales support, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete the details you sent us. Email [email protected] and we will reply.
Changes
If we change how the site handles personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
